MEP Geothermal Engineering conducted feasibility studies and provided design services for the first phase of the 2.2M sq ft mixed-use redevelopment of the 28-acre former Brooklyn Developmental Center. Conducting energy modeling, carbon reduction calculations, and economic analysis, MEPGeo determined state and utility rebates in establishing simple payback and return on investment metrics.
