The structural footprint of this 19-story commercial building occupies an entire site in lower Manhattan’s Hudson Square neighborhood. Vertical heat exchange is configured beneath the building within pile foundations consisting of steel caissons into which thermal loops and rebar are lowered, then backfilled with grout. Currently under construction for completion in 2023.
